My package from me, how long ?

All controls validated the lingerie shop online 911AVENUE before 12:00 are shipped the same day. The delays are related to the time of your order.

Can I have it delivered to a location other than my home ?

I have not received my Colissimo ?

The Colissimo monitoring is delivered by La Poste 48H business days to the delivery address specified in your order. In case of absence, The Post gives you a calling card, you are stating the conditions for removal of your package. The deadline for removing your package is usually 7 days.

Different situations may occur :
1. If your package is announced "returned to sender" Our customer service will contact you the day of receipt of the package to make it back in better conditions.

2. If your package is "pending in The Post", you provide with your Colissimo number and your ID card to remove the package, the agency indicated.

3. If you have not received your Colissimo followed after 5 days and no notice of passage do was filed, check the status of your parcel on the site www.coliposte.net and contact us.

THE RETURN

What are my options for returning my package ?

Three choices here :
1. The exchange: models underwear and lingerie 911AVENUE are redeemable against a different size, subject to availability of stock.

2. The voucher: If you wish to exchange your item against another model underwear or if you do not want to place a new order for the moment, the lingerie shop 911AVENUE you send a gift certificate by e-mail. It will automatically be offered as payment on your next order.

3. Reimbursement: If you make the request, 911AVENUE can refund your order. You paid by credit card or bank transfer, we will credit your bank account the amount of the returned item, minus shipping costs. You paid by check, we will send in a check 30 days the amount of your order, minus shipping costs. Learn more.

Who bears the cost of my return ?

The product does not give you complete satisfaction with 911AVENUE you have 7 days from the date of receipt of the package to us or return the item (s) (s) concerned. If you live in mainland France and Corsica, we bear the cost of your returns on products not receiving a promotion and / or cleared.

911AVENUE does not support the costs of returning overseas territories and abroad. Only items returned in new condition and in their original packaging will be accepted. If the package is returned to your office, you are strongly advised to keep the receipt from the Post Office.

911AVENUE disclaims any liability for loss or damage during transportation of the package.

How do I return ?

1: Metropolitan France and Corsica:

a) Conditions for underwear off promotions and / or sold.

Step 1 :
After the 1st stage, call customer service 911AVENUE at +33 (0) 251 896 339 Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 18:00 and Friday from 9:00 to 17:00. (Cost of a local call in metropolitan France), to validate your request for return. You will then receive a label Colissimo by e-mail.

Step 2 :
Paste this label on your package. Go place your parcel to the nearest station. No payment you will be asked !
Any returns not following this process requires to pay the freight. In this case, no refund will be made by 911AVENUE.
Will be rejected by 911AVENUE any damaged item that has not been the subject of remarks or express reservations by the customer upon delivery. If you encounter difficulties in the context of your return, contact us !

b) Conditions for Promoted products or sold.

Step 1 :
After the 1st stage, call customer service 911AVENUE at +33 (0) 251 896 339 Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 18:00 and Friday from 9:00 to  7:00. (Cost of a local call in metropolitan France), to validate your request for return. You will then receive a label Colissimo by e-mail.

Step 2 :
Once your application is validated, you will make the return by sending the package to the following address:
911AVENUE.COM - Returns Department, 72 rue Gambetta 44000 Nantes.

911AVENUE reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not have ID.
If the return package is charged to the client, it is strongly recommended that you keep the receipt from the Post Office. 911AVENUE disclaims any liability for loss or damage during transportation of the package. If you encounter difficulties in the context of your return, contact us.

2: DOM-TOM, Belgium and Luxembourg

Step 1 :
After the 1st stage, write to Customer Service of 911AVENUE to notify us of your return or call Customer Service 911AVENUE at +33 (0) 251 896 339 Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 18:00 and Friday 9:00 to 17:00, to validate your request for return. You will then receive a label Colissimo by e-mail.

Step 2 :
Go to your post office to return the package to the following address: 911AVENUE.COM - Returns Department, 72 rue Gambetta 44000 Nantes.

911AVENUE reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not have ID.
